Managing low- to moderate-complexity property claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve insurance claims while ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Analyze and manage claims by verifying coverage and gathering pertinent information to determine exposure Maintain action plans for timely resolution in accordance with established policies and procedures Communicate decisions clearly and professionally while monitoring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle Required qualifications 1+ year experience examining property and casualty residential property claims Associate degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Texas Adjuster License or demonstrated progress toward achieving the license
