Texas Licensed Christian Counseling Consultant

To support the development of a comprehensive Christian Counseling program, the part-time Independent Contractor will work remotely as a Texas Licensed Christian Counseling Consultant, focusing on designing frameworks, creating clinical guidelines, and developing training resources for integrating faith into evidence-based mental health treatment. Key responsibilities Design and develop the framework for HCO's Christian Counseling program Create clinical guidelines and best practices for integrating faith into outpatient mental health treatment Develop and deliver training on ethical integration of faith into psychotherapy and documentation standards Required qualifications Experience in Christian Counseling and licensed mental health practice Background in behavioral health program development and evidence-based psychotherapy Knowledge of ethics in behavioral health practice and clinical documentation Experience in training adult learners and developing policies and procedures Strong Christian faith and understanding of evidence-based mental health treatment
