Key Responsibilities Partner with the Schwab Product Owner to define product goals, priorities, and roadmap increments Own and refine epics, features, user stories, and technical enablers while facilitating backlog refinement and sprint planning Translate 401(k) business rules and data needs into executable backlog items, ensuring alignment with technical architecture and API consumer requirements Required Qualifications 10+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst Strong knowledge of U.S. Retirement Planning and demonstrated expertise in the 401(k) line of business Hands-on experience with API modernization, microservices, and domain-capability initiatives Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management Practical experience with enterprise AI assistants or generative AI for analysis and documentation
