Leading business analysis and discovery activities, the full-time Texas Licensed Business Analyst will coordinate workstreams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and document business processes and requirements in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with TxDOT Aviation stakeholders Document current-state and future-state business processes, including workflows and business rules Coordinate Zenius workstreams and collaborate with Fluxx functional and technical leads on requirements and configuration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, public administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience At least 5 years of business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation experience; 3 years supporting comparable software implementations Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder discovery workshops and documenting complex workflows Experience supporting grants management, contract management, or similarly regulated business processes Demonstrated ability to work with SaaS implementation teams and translate business needs into actionable inputs
