Texas Licensed Billing Specialist

To support a growing pain management practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Billing Specialist will manage patient accounts, oversee accounts receivable follow-up, and provide customer service relations remotely. Key responsibilities Manage a payor portfolio, including patient statements and outstanding payments Conduct follow-up on outstanding patient balances and review accounts for collections Assist patients with billing inquiries and serve as a resource for front desk personnel Required qualifications High school diploma Minimum of four years' work experience in a medical business office setting At least one year of experience in medical billing Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Coding certification preferred
