To provide high-quality mental health services, the full-time Texas Licensed Bilingual LPC-A will conduct individual therapy sessions, perform psychosocial assessments, and maintain clinical documentation while delivering telehealth counseling remotely. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely Required qualifications Active LPC-A license in Texas Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and clinical documentation standards
