Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

To support the Specialty Behavioral Health Program team, a remote full-time Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor will manage the behavioral health utilization review clinicians, ensuring compliance with care guidelines and overseeing day-to-day team activities. Key responsibilities Monitors and ensures compliance of behavioral health utilization review clinicians with applicable guidelines Tracks utilization management resources to maintain performance, quality, and efficiency standards Works with the team to resolve complex behavioral health care member issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements Required qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience Active Texas clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or BCBA) Prior supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles and medical necessity criteria Familiarity with Texas Administrative Code and Local Mental Health Authorities guidelines preferred
