To support outpatient intake processes, the full-time Texas Licensed Assessment Coordinator will manage patient assessments, coordinate admissions, and ensure compliance with intake policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Document and process inquiry calls in accordance with intake policies Assess and stabilize patients prior to admission or discharge Complete admission paperwork and follow-up calls for missed appointments Required qualifications Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a related field Two or more years of experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting Licensed to practice in Texas as a mental health professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCI) Knowledge of the DSM-IV and Mental Status Exam Familiarity with the addiction and recovery field
