Driving quality and value-based care, the full-time Texas Licensed Advanced Practice Provider Specialist will lead the development, management, and evaluation of patient care management tools while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance oncology patient outcomes in a remote setting within Texas. Key responsibilities Lead quality improvement projects to enhance clinical effectiveness and report on initiatives using data analysis Direct the development and evaluation of patient care tools, ensuring alignment with best practices and consensus guidelines Utilize clinical expertise to collaborate with stakeholders in the validation and dissemination of patient care management tools Required qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current license and/or certification as defined by the Texas Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses or the National Commission of Physician Assistants Four years of clinical healthcare experience as a provider Experience in program or project management related to healthcare quality improvement and patient safety is preferred Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) or certification in a specialty practice area is preferred
