Promoting energy efficiency concepts and services, the full-time Texas Energy Efficiency Account Manager will identify cost-effective investments and support large and small commercial partners, school districts, and local governments through project management and outreach, working remotely in Texas. Key responsibilities Manage partner projects by providing support through construction and incentive payments while making energy-saving recommendations Recruit and train partners and contractors to achieve energy-saving goals and enhance program participation Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize energy efficiency and address program issues effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 3-5 years of experience in a professional role, ideally in outside sales or consulting Demonstrated ability to communicate and sell a value proposition effectively Experience working within bureaucratic entities Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements, if applicable
