To support client operations, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will engage callers, analyze sensitive information, and ensure compliance while working from home, with a requirement to reside in Brownsville, TX. Key responsibilities Answer and track incoming calls while accurately documenting information Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Conduct database research and escalate calls as necessary Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Word Experience handling sensitive information Ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data simultaneously
