Texas Accounts Payable Analyst

Managing the full payables cycle, the full-time Texas Accounts Payable Analyst will review, code, and enter high volumes of vendor invoices, run payments, and reconcile vendor accounts in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate matching to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies Run payments and maintain job and general ledger coding accuracy to support project profitability Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely financial reporting Required qualifications 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, including full cycle, high volume processing Hands-on experience with purchase order-based invoicing and three-way matching Experience reconciling vendor statements and the AP subledger to the general ledger Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables Familiarity with W-9 collection and 1099 reporting
