This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.Panelmatic is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Technician, PEC to join our Production Engineering Center (PEC) team in Conroe. This role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and validating electrical control panels to ensure compliance with company Quality Assurance Programs (QAP), engineering drawings, and customer specifications.The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to quality and safety.Job Duties:Inspect completed control panels to verify workmanship meets Panelmatic quality standards and QAP requirementsPerform power-up and functional testing of electrical control panels and systemsInterpret and verify compliance with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawingsIdentify, diagnose, and troubleshoot wiring or component issues; implement corrective actionsDocument test results, discrepancies, and resolutions clearly and accuratelyEnsure all components and wiring match engineering specifications and bill of materialsMaintain testing equipment, tools, and a clean, organized test environmentCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues efficientlyFollow all safety procedures and industry standards during testing activities
