In this role, you will work closely with engineers to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in products or systems during the testing phase. Your keen problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise will be critical to ensuring product quality and performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devicesCollaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failuresDocument and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actionsMaintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliabilityAssist in the development of test procedures and protocolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiencyQualifications:Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in a debug, test technician or similar hands-on technical roleStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsRunning software testsElectronic knowledgePC knowledgeExcelEmailCommunication skillsReading and writing emailsVerballyAbility to follow SOP
