Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end software testing activities across enterprise applications
- Oversee manual testing efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools to monitor quality metrics
- Prepare and present testing reports using ALM, Power BI, and Excel
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Support Agile/SAFe delivery models and participate in related ceremonies
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Prior experience as a Testing Manager or Senior Test Lead
- Strong expertise in manual testing for enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with ALM, Power BI (reporting), and advanced Excel
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
- Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with strict process adherence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated or audit-heavy environments
- Familiarity with ALM or similar test management platforms
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting dashboards
- Exposure to large-scale system implementations or migration projects
