The BorgWarner Arden campus is seeking a Testing and Test Engineering Manager to lead and optimize the testing of thermal and turbomachinery components. You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity, drive root-cause analysis, and manage staffing and budgets in a fast-paced technical center.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of testing/leadership experience, strong technical skills in lean manufacturing, SAP, and statistics, plus excellent communication.
