To the extent possible, Stangenes will support opportunities for employee professional development.Responsibilities:Set up standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, variable power supplies, frequency counters, and circuitry) to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production systems in a safe mannerCollect, log, analyze and interpret test dataIndicate test status on all product tested by stamping the product identification tagsAnalyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems which may require collaboration with electrical engineers and other personnelBuild, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipmentComplete certificates of compliance when neededQualifications:Two (2) years electronic/electrical testing and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentAssociate's Degree in Electronics Technology or Electrical Engineering is preferredWorking knowledge of the proper use of electrical and mechanical test and inspection equipment, including DVMs, oscilloscopes, calipers, micrometers, scales and other equipmentDemonstrated understanding of using Job PacketsBasic computer skills, use of e-mail and Microsoft Office softwareAbility to understand electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings and documentationAbility to work with electronic test equipment and hand tools in a manufacturing production test environment; DMMs, oscilloscopes, pulse function generators, etc.Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams to solve complex problemsInteract with employees, vendors, customers and visitors in a professional mannerAbility to read, speak and legibly write in the English languageStangenes Industries, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
