We create and maintain the infrastructure and standards to support rapid hardware development.About This RoleAs a Test Technician, you execute hardware test operations - setting up, instrumenting, running, and tearing down tests on the team's test stands. You are the hands on the hardware during a test campaign: you make the setup real, run the test to procedure, and troubleshoot when issues arise. Your primary output is test setup and execution; you'll also support build and assembly when the campaign needs it.ResponsibilitiesSet up test articles, fixtures, and stands for mechanical, structural, thermal, fluid, and vacuum testing per defined proceduresInstall and route instrumentation - strain gauges, thermocouples, RTDs, pressure transducers, load cells, accelerometers.

Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
