Test Technician Level 1Reports To: Test Department SupervisorJob PurposeThe Test Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing basic testing procedures on products, components, or systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This entry-level role supports engineering and production teams by executing test protocols, documenting results, and identifying potential issues under close supervision. The technician plays a key role in maintaining product reliability and contributes to continuous improvement efforts by providing accurate and timely feedback from test outcomes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete Career Path training program specific to internal apprenticeship position to understand and learn the tasks and responsibilities of each service area, including:Power Panel (1-3 mos.)Electrical (1-3 mos.)Refrigeration (1-3 mos.)Complete training checklist and receive feedback on completion of training to establish training goals.
