This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and contributing to product quality and performance.In this role, you will play a critical part in testing and validating components and assemblies, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and compatibility standards. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Assemble hose fittings and prepare test samples using a variety of specialized equipmentPerform mechanical and functional testing to evaluate product performance, durability, and compatibilityAnalyze test data and recommend improvements to testing methods and product performanceDocument all testing procedures, observations, and results with a high level of accuracyPrepare clear, professional reports and communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholdersPerform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot testing and assembly equipmentAssist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the lab and manufacturing processesWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in product testing, manufacturing, quality control, maintenance, or a related technical fieldStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to interpret data and identify trends or anomaliesSolid written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Associate degree or coursework in STEM or a related fieldExperience working with testing equipment, mechanical systems, or laboratory environmentsWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyCompetitive salaryBonus programs401K retirement planTraining opportunitiesTuition reimbursementPaid vacation, PTO, and holidaysGym reimbursements, and more!Who We Are: The Dixon Group is a global, family-owned manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years of operation in the U.S.A.
