Job TitlePosition would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.-Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.-Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.-Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.-Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.-Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.-Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.-Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.What We're Looking For:-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.-Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.-Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.-Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.-High school diploma or GED required.
