This role supports cross-functional engineering execution, helping teams stay aligned on technical scope, schedule, budget, and delivery milestones. In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.What You'll Do:Lead cross-functional engineering activities from planning through executionCoordinate with program, finance, planning, and technical stakeholdersTrack schedule, budget, risks, and engineering performanceSupport proposals, planning, reviews, and program reportingHelp teams stay aligned and remove barriers to executionWhat We're Looking For:Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of experienceExperience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environmentsExperience with design, development and/or integration of test equipmentActive and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance (not interim) is required prior to start date.
