Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance and testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing testing teams, developing test strategies, and coordinating testing activities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage overall test strategies, plans, and execution for enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers and testing teams.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate with development, business, and project management teams.
- Track testing progress, identify risks, and manage defect resolution.
- Establish quality standards, testing processes, and best practices.
- Provide regular status reports, metrics, and test execution updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing activities within project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in a Test Manager or QA leadership role.
- Strong experience with test planning, test strategy, and test execution.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and testing tools.
- Experience with Jira for defect tracking and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
