Test Lead - State Licensed Eligibility

Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing activities for state government eligibility systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of testers throughout the testing lifecycle Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities Validate eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integrations Required Qualifications 8+ years of software testing experience with a focus on functional testing 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems Strong knowledge of eligibility and benefits programs including Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF Experience working on state government or public sector projects
