Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility

Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing for state government eligibility systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Child Care programs. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities for State Integrated Eligibility systems Validate eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integrations while managing a team of testers Develop and maintain overall testing strategies, plans, and execution schedules, ensuring compliance with project quality standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of software testing experience with a strong focus on functional testing 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems and strong knowledge of eligibility and benefits programs Experience working on state government or public sector projects Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
