Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Onsite Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail POS systems, including exposure to Eyewear/Optical retail workflows.
Onsite Test Lead – Retail POS (Eyewear Domain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing for POS implementations in retail environments
- Act as SPOC onsite, working closely with client stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple POS vendors and partner teams
- Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support
- Collaborate with onsite & offshore teams to ensure quality delivery
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in QA with Retail POS testing experience
- Hands‑on experience in Eyewear/Optical POS systems
- Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working onsite with client‑facing responsibilities
- Familiarity with HPQC/JIRA or similar tools

Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range Minimum: $84,000 per year
- Pay Range Maximum: $202,000 per year
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies
