Job description Pay: $18–$20/hour | Full-Time
What You’ ll Do:
- Lead and perform specialized hardware testing and troubleshooting
- Configure and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, Windows, BIOS/UEFI, RAID, and network interfaces
- Develop and document testing procedures and SOPs
- Build and maintain test environments
- Train and support technicians
- Work with Engineering and Operations to improve testing processes and quality
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and networking issues
What We’ re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, and routing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Enterprise hardware experience is a plus
- CompTIA or Cisco certifications are a plus
