Job Title: Test Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Drive QA automation adoption and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of QA best practices.
- Drive test planning, estimation, execution tracking, defect management, and release sign-off.
- Review test artifacts, including test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, and test reports.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 10+ years of experience working in media Residuals-related platforms and application.
- Prior experience in onsite/offshore delivery model management.
