Test Lab Lead – Power Transformer Testing

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Test Lab Operations Leader in South Boston, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee Factory Test Room activities, ensuring all transformers and components meet high performance and safety standards.

You’ll lead a team of engineers and technicians, manage testing activities, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in testing operations or quality management.
