nProduct Testing - Oversight of all product testing throughout the entire product life cycle, ranging from initial prototype and specification performance to rigorous reliability, mechanical and environmental testing. Review proposed designs, test prototypes and communicate results to Design Engineering. Coordinate field test samples. Catalyze product design adjustments and improvements from bench and field test results, or other experiences. Direct internal and external mechanical engineering regarding product development and improvement.
nManufacturing/Assembly - Assist in the definition, documentation, implementation, and support of all process steps and fixturing.
nEngineering - Define and support Document Control. Develop/define product specifications. Define, coordinate, and participate in product testing for Arcom, customers, and various governing bodies.

nSkills and Requirements
nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related technical field.
nPrior experience working within broadband networks, RF (Radio Frequency), or other electronics-focused industries.
nHands-on experience utilizing electronic testing equipment and RF measurement tools.
nStrong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair analog RF and digital circuit issues down to the component level.
nWorking knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
nExperience supporting products throughout the full product lifecycle, including development, testing, manufacturing, and ongoing product support.
nProven experience with manufacturing, product validation, and continuous improvement processes.
nPreferred Qualifications
nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems and command-line environments.
nKnowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure.
nExperience with one or more programming paradigms and software development concepts.
nAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product teams

nPersonnel development and leadership. Occasional customer and sales support travel. Remain
nflexible to accept other projects and challenges as they arise. Internal and External Customer Support - Train Sales Engineering and customers, and support
ntraining efforts on correct operation. Develop user manuals. Participate virtually in customer
nTouchpoint meetings and support both customer and Sales Engineering challenges. Work with
nDesign Engineering to develop improvements to support customer needs. Support Sales
nEngineering with system and device troubleshooting.
