Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineering Manager to join our Saline, MI site!
We are seeking a detail orientated Test Engineering Manager who is responsible for leading all test engineering activities in support of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing operations. This position oversees the development, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of production test solutions, including In-Circuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe, Functional Test (FCT), thermal cycling, shock testing, and vibration testing.

Responsibilities:
* Establish priorities and manage overall department workload to ensure resources are aligned with business needs
* Develop project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of customer and internal projects.
* Support customer visits and technical discussions regarding test strategies and manufacturing capabilities.
* Strong customer-facing presentation and relationship management skills.
* Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, assembly drawings, bills of material, and test specifications.
* Drive accountability for project execution, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the Test Engineering team.
