This role performs testing procedures, analyzes test data, maintains test equipment, and collaborates with the engineering team to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, electrical, mechanical, or system-level testing on products and componentsExecute established test procedures and document results accuratelyTroubleshoot test failures and assist in root cause analysisSupport engineers in developing and improving test methods and processesMaintain, calibrate, and operate testing equipment and toolsAnalyze test data and prepare technical reports or summariesAssist with product validation, qualification, and reliability testingEnsure compliance with company quality standards and safety proceduresWork closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product qualityQualifications Required QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in testing, manufacturing, quality, or engineering supportBasic understanding of test equipment, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsExperience with data collection and reporting tools such as Excel or testing softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently with moderate supervisionPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with automated test systems or manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)Experience with electronic, mechanical, or software testing environmentsBasic programming or scripting knowledge is a plusWork EnvironmentManufacturing, laboratory, or production environmentMay require standing for extended periods and handling testing equipmentWhat We OfferUp to $85,000 a year DOEComprehensive benefits packageCollaborative, mission driven work environmentAt Yotta Energy you won't be one of many, you'll be a key leader helping define how our operations scale.
