Labview preferred, or TestStand experienceITAR Requirement: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Experience/Requirements Minimum of two years related experienceKnowledge of manufacturing processes including SMTKnowledgeable in manufacturing test software platforms (i.e. LabVIEW, TestStand, etc.)Strong computer and communication skills requiredInter, intra-department and external contact requiredExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to obtain a US Government Clearance, if requiredResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops functional test software platforms from specificationsCoordinates test platforms built by either in-house or outside vendorsAssists in setting up test area for on time startup of new programsMeets with customers and all levels of management on technical issuesWrites reports, test procedures, proposal inputs and technical papers Coaches and mentors Test Technicians on new test equipment and advanced troubleshooting methodsParticipates in continuous improvement projects to improve test yields and reduce costAttends classes and seminars to keep up to date on test equipment as needed
