They develop automated test scripts, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. They also contribute to the enhancement of test frameworks and methodologies.Responsibilities:Planning and StrategyDevelop and implement test plans and strategiesCollaborate with team members to identify testing requirementsCreate and maintain test documentationTest ExecutionConduct functional, regression, and integration testingIdentify and report defectsMonitor and track testing progressAutomationDesign and develop automated test scriptsExecute and maintain automated test suitesContinuously improve automation processesCommunicationCommunicate testing updates and results to team membersWork closely with developers to resolve issuesProvide recommendations for improving product qualityQuality AssuranceEnsure adherence to quality standards and proceduresParticipate in reviews and inspections of code and documentationPerform root cause analysis on defectsContinuous ImprovementIdentify areas for process improvementImplement new testing tools and techniquesStay updated on industry advancements and best practicesTeam CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMentor and train new team membersFoster a positive and productive team environmentHigh Impact Behaviors:Continuous Professional DevelopmentCollaboration and TeamworkResults Driven PerformanceQualifications:A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.Prior experience with vibration testing and analysis is a plus, but not required.Hands-on experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Advanced technical skills and the ability to work independently on projects.Good communication skills for collaborating with engineering teams.Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
