Test EngineerWe are seeking a Test Engineer to support the integration, verification, and validation of complex defense, radar, and combat-system software. This role involves developing test plans, executing test events, troubleshooting systems, and analyzing data. The position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integration and test plans and procedures.Perform system troubleshooting and conduct comprehensive data analysis.Verify system requirements and develop Requirements Trace Verification Matrices.Interface with internal and external customers to ensure project success.Contribute to an Agile development environment, utilizing test automation where possible.Provide leadership and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse team.Required QualificationsExperience: 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Experience should include hands-on work with radar systems, system troubleshooting, and data analysis.Security Clearance: Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance to the Secret level.Technical Skills: Proven experience in integration and test plan development. Familiarity with customer interfacing and leadership responsibilities is required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MATLAB, C++, and Linux environments.Knowledge of radar system design and requirements verification.Familiarity with test automation, Agile development, and DevSecOps practices.Experience with tools such as DOORs and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated pay range for this position is $60/hr to $100/hr. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including experience and skills.
