Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report on the performance of test equipment for a given Business UnitTrain assembly and technical support staff on troubleshooting product issues and root cause evaluationImplement changes to equipment hardware and software to realize improvements in efficiency, coverage, or to respond to product design evolutionReview test coverage to ensure product quality requirements are adhered toParticipate in Business Unit team activities (meetings, problem solving exercises, line support issues, management updates)Develop and refine procedures for calibration checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance work on various test equipmentRequired Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree (in an engineering field)4+ years working in a manufacturing environmentExperience with control systems or functional test systemsElectrical circuits and system knowledgeGood facilitation and communication skillsThe ability to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Engineering degree in either Electrical Engineering with strong Mechanical background or Mechanical Engineering with strong Electrical backgroundDemonstrated programming experience (LabVIEW, Python, Visual Basic, C++, PLC)PLC / Controls experienceProject management and leadership experienceWe value our employees by providing:Competitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking pathsEducation assistance and internal training programsElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leaveThis position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
