With offices in Northern Virginia, Melbourne, Florida, Tel Aviv, Israel, and other strategic locations, REDLattice is growing rapidly to meet the evolving needs of our customers.Position Overview: REDLattice is seeking highly skilled Test Engineers (Levels 3 / 4 / 5) to support advanced automated testing, validation, and forensic analysis efforts across mobile (iOS/Android), embedded, and mission systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test automation strategies, building and maintaining test frameworks and scripts, and supporting forensic analysis and system validation efforts.

You will work closely with vulnerability researchers, reverse engineers, CNO developers, and system engineers to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of complex systems. This position operates at the intersection of test engineering, vulnerability research, and systems integration, supporting the full lifecycle from concept through deployment and operational validation.Responsibilities:Develop and implement test automation strategies across mobile (iOS/Android), embedded, and software systemsDesign, write, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium and similar tools)Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing across complex environmentsPerform forensic analysis to investigate system behavior, vulnerabilities, and anomaliesTrack, document, and manage defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira or similar)Develop custom test tools, scripts, and utilities to support validation and analysis effortsSupport reverse engineering (RE) and vulnerability research (VR) teams through testing and validation of findingsCollaborate within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesParticipate in technical assessments, system integration events, and customer engagementsEnsure performance, reliability, and mission readiness across deployed systemsFor senior levels: Lead test strategy and architecture; Mentor junior engineers; Drive automation and testing best practices across programs.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in test engineering, automation, or system validationProficiency in Python, C/C++, or similar scripting/programming languagesExperience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium or equivalent frameworks)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with bug tracking and test management toolsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and development workflows (Git, CI/CD)Ability to work in collaborative, mission-focused environmentsActive TS/SCI clearance or eligibility requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS/Android)Exposure to reverse engineering (RE), vulnerability research (VR), or CNO environmentsExperience with forensic analysis, system-level debugging, or low-level system behavior analysisFamiliarity with embedded systems or hardware-integrated environmentsExperience building custom testing tools or automation frameworksUnderstanding of network protocols, operating systems, and system internalsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and innovative work cultureWhy Join REDLattice?Work on mission-driven technology at the cutting edge of cybersecurity and national defenseJoin a passionate, elite team of innovators and problem-solversCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsOpportunities for career growth and leadership developmentBe part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learningEqual Employment Opportunity StatementREDLattice is an equal-opportunity employer.
