PCB Test Program Development And TroubleshootingThe primary scope of this role is to ensure PCB (Printed Circuit Board) operational excellence and pipeline support in the design and manufacture of electromechanical ophthalmic surgical systems.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:PCB (Printed Circuit Board) test program development and troubleshooting using ICT, Flying Probe and custom equipmentSubject matter expert for PCB test development ensuring DFM & DFT guidelines are metProvides on-going oversight and assurance that production PCB test equipment is properly maintained, safe, and in a state of control at all timesIdentifies and implements initiatives that improve customer-facing quality, reliability, and cost reductionIdentifies and implements initiatives that improve manufacturing yield, cycle time, flow, operator safety & ergonomics, process simplicity, clarity, repeatability, and robustnessAvailable to technicians to answer technical questions, provide guidance, and receive feedbackSkillsMinimum 3+ years' experience in Engineering (preferably Test Engineering)Electro-mechanical expertise with a working knowledge of PCBs, DFM, and DFT preferredProgramming experience in VB, C++, C#, LabVIEW desiredEducationBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or scientific field. (Electrical Engineering with PCB Test Development expertise preferred.)
