Driving a unified test automation strategy, the full-time Test Automation Lead will establish framework standards, mentor teams, and implement automation practices while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and standardize test automation tools and frameworks across delivery teams, ensuring continuous improvement of testing strategies Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates Provide mentorship to Software Test Engineers and delivery-team engineers, fostering a quality-first mindset and driving automation metrics Required qualifications Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategies across multiple teams Strong understanding of QA best practices and experience in Scrum environments Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools Familiarity with testing APIs and web services using REST, JSON, and XML
