Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve software quality and delivery speed.
- Design and drive end-to-end quality engineering and test automation strategies .
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in test automation.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and take ownership of technical and team-level decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals and technical requirements .
- Analyze testing metrics and feedback to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies .
- Lead efforts to integrate new testing technologies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide solutions to testing and quality problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Support and mentor team members, helping build technical expertise and fostering a culture of quality and innovation .
Must-Have:
- Playwright - Expert proficiency required
- Cypress.io Testing Framework - Advanced proficiency recommended
