You will interface and collaborate with SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians and members of the USSF.
You will lead and support several working groups responsible for leading technical discussion, resolve and identify risk, requirement gaps, developing briefings, writing, and tracking action items, and authoring meeting minutes.We support the Space Force's satellite communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will succeed in a highly collaborative work environment.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent technical disciplineExperience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationshipsStrong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skillsCapable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)6+ years demonstrated experience in multi-faceted tests and test project teams, to include oversight of scheduling6+ years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentationPosition requires travel to DoD and contractor test sites (up to 25% per year)US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance are required for the positionPreferred Skills and Experience:6+ years' experience in systems engineering6+ years' experience in DoD and commercial SATCOM and network engineering6+ years' experience with military space systems and protected MILSATCOM systems6+ years' experience with ground systems, such as terminals and networksFamiliar with AFMAN 63-119 and AFI 99-103Experience with government test and evaluationExperience with PEO Certification processActive Secret clearance or higher
