Test AnalystPosition Title: Test Analyst (Onsite – Contract) Location: Cincinnati, OH & Kentucky Contract Type: Contract Start Date: Aug-November 2025Position Summary: The primary role of the Test Analyst is to support comprehensive testing efforts by executing functional, system, and integration testing across a variety of applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. The Test Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

This is a client-facing, onsite position requiring regular presence at locations in Cincinnati, OH and Kentucky.Job Responsibilities:Review and analyze business and technical requirements to design appropriate test plans and test casesExecute manual and/or automated test cases and report on resultsIdentify, document, and manage defects through resolutionCoordinate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support defect resolutionSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide detailed feedbackDocument testing processes and maintain relevant QA documentationEnsure compliance with established testing standards and best practicesProvide regular updates on testing status, risks, and issuesWork onsite at client locations in both Cincinnati and Kentucky as requiredOther duties as assignedRole Requirements:Proven experience in software testing, including functional, system, regression, and UATAbility to understand and translate business requirements into test casesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolutionAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel to and work from multiple client sites as neededTechnical Skills:Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TFS)Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologiesFamiliarity with SQL and ability to perform basic database queriesExposure to API testing tools and techniques is a plusUnderstanding of Agile and traditional SDLC environmentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Test Analyst or similar role in a QA environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be available to work onsite in Cincinnati and Kentucky
