About the Company

A well established, growing healthcare organization is expanding its field sales team nationwide and is seeking highly motivated Territory Sales Representatives to support growth across multiple markets.

This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role focused on developing physician referral partnerships, growing territory business, and managing long-term healthcare relationships.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a field-based environment, enjoy building business, and are motivated by uncapped earnings and long-term growth potential.

Territory: Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach, VA

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage referral relationships with: Primary Care Physicians, Pulmonologists, Sleep labs, Internal Medicine providers
• Prospect and open new referral accounts
• Grow territory volume through consistent field activity
• Maintain and expand existing business relationships
• Partner with internal teams to support territory growth and patient care

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Total Compensation (Year 1): $80,000+
• Car Allowance: $600/month
• Phone Allowance: $100/month
• 401(k): Company matching

• Prior healthcare sales experience is required
• Candidates must be comfortable working in physician-facing healthcare environments
