- Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated pest management strategies.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and results.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Proven experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within market.
- Bonus: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), pesticide applicator license, or similar credentials
