Do you reside, or have you worked in the construction field in Cayuga, Tompkins, Wayne, Seneca, Yates, or Ontario County? This could be the role for you. We are looking for a candidate who lives within the territory and has knowledge of the area.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day rental sales operations.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This is a perfect blend of hunting and farming- with an emphasis on hunting.
• Repeatable, business-to-business sales, with heavy commission rewards for growing/expanding the business.
• Commission percentage accelerates as you hit targets- no commission caps.
• We want you to win, and we will create a cross promotional marketing campaign to be featured in the territory to help you do so.
• We will give you a path to success! If you accomplish our daily & weekly activities, you will succeed.

Qualifications

• If you need to be tightly managed, this job is not for you.
• Will we guide, teach, and lead you? Yes, 100%. We have the best support in the business.
• Will we micromanage? No way. If you need to be micromanaged, go somewhere else.
• Sales and Sales Operations skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be able to make friends with a rock, see around corners, and recognize problems on the horizon.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, but check in when needed.
• Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation

$80,000–$110,000 per year.
