Looking for candidates located in Texas and willing to travel throughout TX and surrounding states.
At Bluelight Machines , we’re building the future of autonomous construction equipment. We’re a fast-growing startup with a big mission to help contractors Get More Done —and we’re looking for motivated sales professionals to help us scale through both dealers and direct to customers. Now we’re looking for a Texas based sales representative to help us scale.
What You’ll Do
- Drive direct sales of our autonomy kits to dealers, contractors and fleet owners.
- Build and manage dealer partnerships across key territories.
- Hunt for new opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Be the voice of the customer—feeding insights back into product and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Commitment to Excellence with a proven track record in heavy equipment, construction tech, or B2B equipment sales.
- Comfortable in a startup—self-starter, resourceful, driven.
- Strong network in civil, earthmoving, or equipment dealerships.
- A closer who knows how to build long-term trust.
- A driven sales (or rental) person willing to travel as required to cover Texas and surrounding states.
