As the Territory Sales Manager , you’ll drive growth across the Baltimore region building on an established foundation while unlocking new opportunities. This isn’t about pushing product; it’s about leading evidence-based, consultative conversations with providers and offering a more effective, accessible path forward for their patients. With a dedicated internal patient support team behind you, you’ll be free to focus on strategic relationship building and be a key role in shaping the future of a company that’s gaining serious momentum!

Who You Are:

• A field-focused individual contributor who thrives on autonomy and ownership.
• Worked in MedTech, women’s health, diagnostics, or a similar clinical space for minimum 2 years.
• You're a strong educator and communicator, comfortable leading conversations that shift clinical behaviour.
• Knows how to win trust in stigmatized care areas.
• Ambitious, impact-driven, and want to grow with a startup that’s making waves!
