Position Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will sell Bioventus’s products to new and existing customers, engaging surgeons and other key stakeholders at hospitals. Your strategic sales skills, relationship building, negotiating, and technical knowledge will be critical to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and protect existing accounts.
• Develop and execute a business plan that exceeds assigned sales quota.
• Identify and engage a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales pipeline and grow the assigned territory.
• Conduct clinical in‑service training programs with appropriate customers.
• Educate healthcare providers in the clinic setting on proper use of the prescribed product (Train the Trainer) to facilitate effective patient fittings.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• College degree.
• 2–5 years of proven sales hunting / business development experience.
• Aptitude for technical devices.
• Medical devices and hospital sales experience (strong plus).
• Native‑level German language skills.
• Strong B2B selling experience.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active learner, seeking and leveraging opportunities to gain new skills, knowledge, and experiences.
• Ability to engage customers by linking their business priorities to Bioventus’ value proposition.
