Title: Territory Sales Manager, Corrugated

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Grow and expand revenue within existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend packaging solutions that improve operations, reduce costs, and increase value.
- Generate new revenue opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
- Manage customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service, quality, and delivery concerns.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, conduct regular customer visits, and provide accurate forecasting and territory planning.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
The Territory Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience within corrugated packaging
- Strong understanding of box manufacturing processes, packaging specifications, structural design concepts, and customer packaging applications.
- Proven track record of growing territory revenue, developing new business, and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close business in a competitive market.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
