Territory Sales Manager

We're hiring a Territorial Inside Sales Manager in Wood Dale, IL.

Sterling Engineering is partnering with a longtime client to hire a Territorial Inside Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer of electrical temperature components. Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Manage inside sales activities from lead qualification through order close
• Prepare accurate product quotations and recommend custom solutions
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
• Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
• Partner with customer service to ensure seamless order processing
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6+ years of inside sales and account management experience
• 2+ years of experience within industrial manufacturing
• Experience supporting custom manufactured products tailored to customer specifications
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex product information
